What is KBBQ?

Korean BBQ has been part of the Korean culture for thousands of years. It is a social event that gathers people of different backgrounds together and celebrate by feasting on high quality marinated meats and vegetables grilled over an open flame. The popularity of KBBQ has grown immensely over the past 5 years and we are happy to be a part of that growth.

What is Shabu Shabu?

Shabu Shabu is the Japanese form of Hot Pot, where meat is cooked by dipping it in flavored broth. The word Shabu Shabu is a Japanese term derived from the sound that is made when thinly sliced meats are dipped and moved around in a boiled broth which is "swish-swish." Like KBBQ, Shabu Shabu is also a communal event where everyone gathers around to eat and celebrate together.
